The Marriage Equalilty Act of 2015, The Respect for Marriage Act of 2022, and the Dignity for All Students Act of 2010 all state it is legal for each family to define itself.  

You may be divorced, remarried, adopt children, two mommies, two daddies, etc.  all families are welcomed here.
