ARTICLE 13 ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, AND OTHER DRUGS
13.01 Alcohol.
Excluding Holy Communion Service, there will be no alcohol of any kind
permitted on Ray Of Hope Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ premises or served at
any function sponsored solely by Ray Of Hope Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ
unless the Council has approved such use. At receptions on church premises
following a Service of Holy Union or Holy Matrimony, wine, wine coolers, and
beer may be served at the discretion of the couple. No "hard" alcohol
will be permitted at such receptions.
13.02 Tobacco.
The Council shall determine those external areas of the church premises in
which smoking will be allowed. No smoking will be permitted in areas not so
designated, or indoor places of public accommodation.
13.03 Other Drugs.
No marijuana, or other controlled or illegal substances, amyl nitrate or its
derivatives, will be permitted on Ray Of Hope Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ
premises, or at any function sponsored by Ray Of Hope Church Of Our Lord Jesus
Christ, including Holy Union and Holy Matrimony receptions.
